Variable effect sun visor for car - has sliding or hinged insert to cover area up to interior mirror

The sun visor is made from a flat hollow plastics moulding with a pull out section (20) on the side nearest the middle of the vehicle. The section is pulled out to cover the space between the visor and the interior mirror (8). The improvement can be applied to any type of folding visor and enables the driver to drive against low sunlight from any angle. The pull-out section may be hinged on the edge of the visor.
