The present invention, while taking into account circumstances in which the use of a financial institution by a customer would be difficult, ensures both customer convenience and security as relates to various procedures. Provided is a procedure management system (100), configured to comprise: a storage device (101) which stores, as relates to a customer of a financial institution and an agent of the customer, authentication information and authorization information for a prescribed process relating to a prescribed procedure of the financial institution; and a computation device (104) which handles requests, received from a prescribed terminal, for pre-registration of the prescribed procedure relating to the customer, for designation of the agent to be the executor of the prescribed procedure, and for execution of the prescribed procedure by the executor of the procedure, and for each request, carries out an authentication process that is based on information for authentication of the requesting party and the authentication information, carries out a determination process for determining whether there is authorization relating to the request on the basis of the authorization information of the customer or agent who is identified in the authentication process, and a business process which corresponds to the request when it is determined in the determination process that the customer or agent has authorization therefor. |
