Herbicidal title compds. (I ; R1 = cyclopentyl, methylcyclopentyl, cyclohexyl or methylcyclohexyl, R2, R3, R4 = methyl, X=O) was prepd. Thus, 2-methyl-2-thiopseudourea was treated with methylchloroformate to five 1-carbomethoxy-2-methyl-2-thiopseudourea, and then treated with alkalimetalakoxide to give salt (I ; M' = alkalimetal). II was alkylated with R1Z(Z=iodide) to give III(R1 = C1-3 alkyl) followed by reaction with R3R4NH to give I.
