The present invention relates to a polarized antenna comprising: a waveguide power divider which receives transmission signals via an input waveguide, and variably divides and outputs the transmission signals to first and second output waveguides; a waveguide phase shifter which receives the respective signals outputted from the first and second output waveguides of the waveguide power divider and outputs the respective signals by variably shifting a phase difference between the two inputted signals; and an emission unit which receives the respective signals outputted from the waveguide phase shifter, combines the signals, and emits radio signals.
