INTERNAL COMBUSTION ENGINE FUEL INJECTOR

摘要

PURPOSE:To promote evaporation of injected fuel by providing a heater in front of a fuel injection valve in an internal combustion engine, which injects fuel into a suction port. CONSTITUTION:A fuel injection valve 3 is mounted above a suction port 2 including a suction valve 13. A heater 6 is provided in front of the end of the injection valve 3, which is made of semiconductor porcelain having the positive-temperature characteristic resistance efficiency. At low temperature of suctioned mixture, the heater 6 heats fuel rapidly due to low internal resistance and high current. At higher temperature of it, the heater will not heat due to rapid increase of the internal resistance.
