An automatic calculation device for vending machines calculating only the selling price when change is not given, determining the change when needed, and being easily altered by shifting the position of the cam, operated by inserting a coin and comprised of a coin switch (SW7), a stepper coil(ST), the cams, the appts. of the switches, an interrupting switch(SW9), a motor switch (SW5, SW6) for giving the change, and a relay(RL) for releasing the lock on the coin switch.
