Decorative laminated sheets resistant to chemicals, abrasion and scratching, and with improved flexibility, were made by the following process. A paper sheet was covered with>=10% thermoplastic resin or impregnated with 40-200g/cm2 thermoplastic resin and laminated with a paper sheet impregnated with resin blend contg. a diallylphthalate resin and 20-80% unsatd. polyester and thermally pressed to give a decorative laminated sheet.
