PURPOSE:To enable recording of radiation information image at higher sensitivity, by providing a porous layer having dispersed with fluorescent material particles and a photo-conductive insulation layer on a conductive supporting body. CONSTITUTION:A porous layer 3 having multiple pores 5 and having fluorescent material particles 6 dispersed is provided on a conductive supporting body 4, and a photoconductive insulation layer 2 is provided thereon. This recording material 1 is charged with an electric charge 8 on the surface of the layer 2 by a corona charger 7, and a pair charge 9 is excited in the supporting body 4, so that a strong electric field is applied to the gas in the pores 5 in the layer 3. The radiation is radiated in the form of an image as shown by arrow 10, and the charge 8 on the surface of layer 2 is eliminated by the electrons released from the surface of the supporting body 4 of the radiated part, and electrons or ions due to breeding ionization in the pores 5 caused by the charge generated by ionization of the gas in the pores 5, and illumination and electron emission of the substance 6, and composes an electrostatic latent image at high sensitivity. The electrostatic latent image is developed to become a toner image 11, and is fixed to become a toner image 12. |
