The invention relates to isolated antigen binding proteins that bind to human IL-23 protein, and to a method of production thereof. Nucleic acids encoding the antigen binding protein, vectors, and cells encoding the same, and pharmaceutical compositions comprising said protein are also provided. The antigen binding proteins are used for purposes of diagnosing and therapy of diseases or conditions related to human IL-23 or reducing IL-23 activity.
