PURPOSE:To prepare an adhesive composition useful for the adhesion of an olefin resin and metal, by compounding a specific block copolymer, an ethylen-vinyl acetate copolymer, an ethylene resin, a phenolic resin, and a self-adhesive resin. CONSTITUTION:An adhesive composition composed of (A) 100 parts by weight of a block copolymer having a molecular weight of 500-500,000, and containing 10- 70 wt% of a mono-vinyl-substituted aromatic compound of formulas I-V (B is conjugated diolefin polymer block; A is mono-vinyl-substituted aromatic compound polymer block; X is m-functional residue; n is 2-10; m is 3-7), (B) 10-100 parts by weight of an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer having an MI of 2-400 g/10 min. and a vinyl acetate content of 10-45 wt%, (C) 10-100 parts by weight of an ethylene resin having a density of 0.910-0.980 g/cm<3> and an MI of 0.01-50 g/10 min., (D) 5-100 parts by weight of a thermoplastic, non-heat reactive phenolic resin, and (E) 30-200 parts by weight of a self-adhesive resin. |
