摘要

PURPOSE:To perform recording by detecting stable speeds irrespective of tape speeds and prevent head cutting of sounds by interposing a tape speed detecting means to the tape running system and controlling the recording start of a magnetic recording-reproducing circuit with the signal thereof. CONSTITUTION:This apparatus is constituted by a speed detecting means consisting of a pulse generator which is provided with a glass disc 20 provided with plural non-transparent parts at the same pitch added to the running system path of a magnetic tape 3 and rotating as the tape 3 runs and has light emitting element 2 and photo detector 22 above and below the same, an F/V converter 24 in which the output signal of a frequency generating circuit 28 shaping the pulse outputs of said generator with a transistor 23 is its input signal and a comparator 25 which compares the output voltage of the converter 24 and reference voltages E1 thru E3 as well as the means of controlling the recording start of the magnetic recording- reproducing circuit with the detection signal from the speed detecting means. Thereby, recording may be performed by stably detecting speeds irrespective of the tape speeds and the head cutting of sounds may be prevented.
