<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate the manufacture of a rotor, by making a friction plate portion and a holder portion by such as press work and integrally fixing the portions to each other. CONSTITUTION:The friction plate portion 8a made by pressing a thick plate to an L-shaped cross section and the holder portion 8b made by cutting off a cylindrical material are integrally fixed to each other. A pulley 8c made by pressing a thin plate is coupled to the outside circumferential surface of the friction plate portion 8a. Thereby, the rotor 8 is manufactured. The rotor 8 is rotatably supported on the outside circumferential surface of a ball bearing 7. The cost of the rotor is greatly reduced. When a solenoid 10 is energized, an attraction plate 19 comes into contact with a friction surface 13 against the force of a leaf spring 18 to transmit a torque.</p> |
