ACCIDENT INFORMATION MANAGE APPARATUS, VEHICLE HAVING THE SAME AND METHOD FOR MANAGING ACCIDENT INFORMATION

An aspect of the present invention provide an accident information management device capable of acquiring accident related information such as videos recorded by a dashboard camera from adjoining vehicles by a direct communication between vehicles in case of a vehicle accident, a vehicle with the same, and a control method thereof. A vehicle according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a communication unit and a control unit. The communication unit includes an array antenna with multiple antenna elements receiving and transmitting signals and a beam former adjusting phases of the signals transmitted from the multiple antenna elements and forming beam patterns collected in a specific direction. The control unit collects the beam patterns toward the adjoining vehicles and controls the communication unit to transmit the signals for requesting the accident related information.
