The general purpose enclosure or setting is for domestic use. The setting can be used for a wide variety of electrical fittings including lamp and fuse holders, supply sockets, rocker switches or a combination of such fittings. The enclosure consists of an insulating shallow base provided with an internal integral moulding capable of accepting the various lamps, fuse positions etc. The enclosure has edge grooving to take blanking plates as required. The moulding includes pivot areas onto which standard rocker switch operating surfaces can be fitted, side recesses accepting the switch edges. |
