<p>An antioxident composition comprising a mixture of (a) a nonmetallic hydroxy aromatic compound containing at least one sulphur atom attached to an unsaturated carbocyclic group and (b) an organic phosphonic acid or a diester, monoester or salt thereof. The composition is suitable for use for incorporation into polymer compositions, especially irradiated cross-linked polymer composition, to protect them against oxidation at elevated temperatures.</p> |
