PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealant for display elements that can inhibit occurrence of outgas and reduce retardation change under a high-temperature and high-humidity environment.SOLUTION: A sealant for display elements comprises a polymerizable compound comprising a polythiol monomer having three or more thiol groups in one molecule, and a polyene monomer having three or more carbon-carbon double bonds in one molecule, and a photopolymerization initiator, the sealant for display elements also comprising a compound having a polar functional group which can thermally react with thiol groups.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
