Disclosed is a method for enabling a first vehicle terminal to communicate with another vehicle. The method comprises the following steps of: enabling the first vehicle terminal, selected as a head of a cluster, to determine an adjacent vehicle change rate of the first vehicle terminal based on a beacon message received from at least one second vehicle terminal; determining whether a new cluster head is selected based on the determined adjacent vehicle change rate; and determining whether a type of a clustering control interval is a long type or a short type based on the determination. Therefore, the method can improve a transmission amount and a transmission speed.
