<p>PURPOSE:On an aluminum plate of a specific thickness are placed an adhesive layer, a prepreg layer of phenolic resin, another prepreg layer for pattern made of melamine resin, and an overlay sheet and formed under pressure with heating to produce decorative sheets excellent in bending processability. CONSTITUTION:On an aluminum plate with a thickness of 0.4-1.0 mm and tensile strength of 10-13 kg/mm<2> is provided an adhesive layer that is free from peeling and blistering even heated to 150 deg.C, then 1-3 sheets of prepreg made by impregnating paper substrate with phenolic resin, another prepreg for pattern made from melamine resin, and an overlay are piled thereon, formed with heating by pressing them between mold plates.</p> |
