发明名称 HIGH DIELECTRIC CONSTANT PORCELAIN COMPOSITE
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a composite, which can be sintered at a low temperature, with a higher dielectric constant and less dielectric loss by specifying a composition range of three-component system of Pb(Fe1/2Nb1/2)O3, Pb(Co1/2W1/2)O3 and Pb(Fe2/3 W1/3)O3. CONSTITUTION:The composite consists of 66.42 to 67.24 weight % of PbO, 7.50 to 14.21 weight % of Fe2O3, 5.75 to 19.02 weight % of Nb2O5, 0 to 3.79 weight % of Co and 1.75 to 15.61 weight % of WO3, its composition is shown in the area surrounded by a quadrilateral ABCD in the three-component system diagram. But a composition on the two-component line such as Pb(Fe1/2Nb1/2)O3 - Pb(Co1/2 W1/2)O3 and Pb(Fe1/2Nb1/2)O3-Pb(Co1/2W1/2)O3 is excluded. A material combined in the said somposition area is calcined at 700 to 850 deg.C, grinded again, molded after addition of caking agent, and is fired at 850 to 950 deg.C.
