PURPOSE:To maintain constant paste surface level for stable paste filling, a paste stirring bath is provided with paste overflow position controlling slits and subslits to return excess paste deposited on hoop to the stirring bath. CONSTITUTION:A porous hoop 1 is continuously fed by the rollers 2 into the paste stirring bath 3 and brushes 8' of sliding filler 8 rub the paste 4 into the hoop 1. The hoop 1 moves on the hoop support 7 through which the paste passes easily. The sliding filler 8, driven by the motor 13 through pin 9, connecting rod 10, pin 11, and crank disk 12, slides in parallel to the advancement of the hoop 1. The slit 14 and 15 control the paste overflow position to maintain a constant paste surface level 6, and the subslits 16 and 17 located downstream of the filler 8 are used to recover excess paste from the hoop 1. The paste discharged from slits 14 to 17 is carried by the steel belt into the bath 20 and returned to the bath 3. |
