METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR DETERMINING APPLICATION PROGRAM CURRENTLY PLAYING AUDIO CONTENT

A method and system for determining an application program currently playing audio content. The method comprises: querying a progress identifier of a current playing progress of an audio content(S100), determining a corresponding application program of the queried progress identifier according to a corresponding relationship between the progress identifier and the application program (S200); displaying an icon of the determined application program on a display screen of an electronic device (S300). An application program currently playing an audio content can be automatically determined and an icon of the application program displayed, thus assisting a user to quickly find a controlling application program of an electronic device currently playing an audio content. In this way, a user opening different interfaces of application programs and resource consumption caused thereby can be avoided.
