PURPOSE:To achieve the improvement in print-resisting life, printing resolving power, etc. by using the ultraviolet polymerization type photosensitive resin layer provided with a photosetting vinyl alcohol composition film in the screen printing plate forming patterns by an photochemical method. CONSTITUTION:The water-soluble (or water-dispersion type) composition composed of polyvinyl alcohol of about 80% or over in the degree of saponification and about 500 to 2000 in the degree of polymerization which is made photosetting, a small amount of polyvinyl acetate emulsion, plasticizers, etc. is coated and dried on the photosensitive resin layer such as of polyamide-multifunctional vinyl monomer base, cellulosic derivative-multifunctional vinyl monomer base or other formed through coating on a screen cloth followed by drying, whereby the film is formed. Next, this is image-exposed and developed through a positive film, whereby the screen printing plate is obtained. |
