<p>PURPOSE:To prepare the title brandy having mild taste, moderate stimulation, and frothiness and color of beer, and useful as party drink, fatique relieving drink, etc., by adding coffee powder and caramel to brandy, and filtering the mixture. CONSTITUTION:A mixture composed of 720ml of brandy, 40-140g of roast coffee powder, and 80-180g of caramel, is stirred and filtered to obtain the title flavored brandy having flavor and mild taste of coffee and the moderate stimulation of brandy, and suitable for women.</p> |
