PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flash memory which realizes both partial page programming and data scrambling and improves reliability.SOLUTION: When data is programmed to a page n times consecutively, a flash memory of the present invention generates location information indicating a storage location for programming data to a page selected on the basis of input address information, and flag information to identify that a storage region specified by the location information is programmed, and programs scrambled data, the location information and the flag information to a selected page in a memory array.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8 |
