N,N-Dimethyl-carbamic acid O-(2-substituted-methyl-pyrimidin-4-yl)-esters of the formula in which R is alkyl, R1 is hydrogen or alkyl, R2 is hydrogen, alkyl or halogen, or R1 and R2 together are alkanediyl, and n is 1 or 2, which possess arthropodicidal and fungicidal properties.
