ARMSTRONG (deceased) TITLE READILY DISPERSIBLE POWDERED FOOD PRODUCTS The present invention relates to reconstitutable powdered food products having a sugar content. The novel food product is in a granular form made by treating the sugar component of the product with water or an aqueous medium, mixing the treated sugar with the remainder of the food constituents and finally heating the mixture to a temperature sufficient to transform it to the desired granular form. The formed product of the present invention is easily and rapidly dispersible in an aqueous medium.
