A device for clamping work pieces comprising at least three levers (2) having at least two arms (3, 4). Each of the levers is pivotably connected to an operating member (5) movable generally radially in a reciprocating manner relative to the base of the device. A mechanism is provided to move the operating parts simultaneously to clamp or release a work piece. The levers are in engagement with jaws (9) in such a way that each jaw is radially operable by one of the arms (3, 4) of two levers (2). |
