<p>PURPOSE:To strengthen the bridge part of a calliper body by casting hanger-pins shaped in another body into the bridge part of the calliper body to be in one body. CONSTITUTION:Hanger-pins 7 shaped separately from a calliper body 1 are provided on the turning-in side and the turning-out side of a disk 2 of a bridge part 1a in the calliper body 1 respectively to be in one body when the calliper body 1 is cast. In this consturction, since hanger-pins 7 can be firm fixed on the bridge part 1a of the calliper body 1 to be in one body without penetrating pin-holes of hanger pins 7 on the calliper body, the bridge part is highly strengthened.</p> |
