The purpose of the present invention is to provide a vehicle seat that can conserve space used by a retraction mechanism for a seat cushion. Provided is a vehicle seat comprising: a retraction mechanism (300) that moves a seat cushion frame (200) arranged in a base section (5), from a seating posture (200-1) to a retracted posture (200-3) in which same is retracted to the front of the base section (5); a support leg section (301) having one end thereof rotatably coupled to the frame (200) and the other end thereof rotatably coupled to the base section (5) side; a guide section (201a) that engages with the one end of the support leg section (301) and guides the one end so as to lift up same; and a coil spring (305) that impels the support leg section (301) such that the one end is guided to the guide section (201a) and a section (303) coupled to the frame (200) is flipped up; and a second coil spring provided in the other end and impelling the one end of the support leg section (301) so as to rotate forward, centered around the other end. |
