PURPOSE:To produce orientation pipes of stable quality efficiently by pushing and fixing thermoplastic synthetic resin to the corners of substances such as pins, roller pipes, etc. when compressed air is injected into the thermoplastic resin pipe and it is heated, expanded and oriented. CONSTITUTION:The synthetic orientation pipe is produced by pushing a thermoplastic synthetic pipe with compressed air against the corners of substances such as pins, roller pipes, etc., making it run on the zone heated at the secondary transition point and under the pour point and making it expand, orient continuously. Resins of polyethylene, polypropylene, polyamide or polyester, particularly polyethylene terephtalatic resin are preferred as the materials of the thermoplastic synthetic resin pipes. If heated resin pipes are pressed against the corners of substances such as pins, roller pipes and made to run, the expansion points are fixed as the pressed points make clues for expansion. If the resin pipes are extended toward the running direction also, their extension points are fixed, too. |
