The present invention relates to a navigation information processing method, acquiring method and voice navigation system. The navigation information processing method comprises: identifying a voice navigation request transmitted from a navigation device, and acquiring corresponding text information of the navigation request; and according to a logic control application file, transmitting navigation configuration information corresponding to the text information of the navigation request to the navigation device for performing navigation configuration according to the navigation configuration information. The navigation information acquiring method comprises: transmitting a voice navigation request to a voice gateway according to voice guide information transmitted from the voice gateway; and after the voice gateway identifies the voice navigation request and acquires corresponding text information of the navigation request, receiving navigation configuration information corresponding to the text information of the navigation request fed back according to a logic control application file. By introducing a voice gateway to identify voice information transmitted from a navigation device and feed the corresponding navigation configuration information back, the embodiment of the present invention reduces the cost of a navigation device and enhances voice recognition. |
