PURPOSE:To reduce the diameter and increase the number of apertures of a board, through which the ions generated between electrodes supplied with a high voltage are allowed to pass, by arranging the apertures in an n rows and the selecting electrodes in multiple layers. CONSTITUTION:A first substrate 13 is formed with first apertures 14a, second apertures 15a, third apertures 16a and fourth apertures 17a and equipped with second and third selecting electrodes 18a and 19a, which are formed thereon surrounding the second and third elctrodes 15a and 16a, and a first common electrode which is arranged at the back side thereof. A second substrate 21 is formed with the first apertures 14a, the second electrodes 15a, the third electrodes 16a and the fourth electrodes 17a and equipped with first selecting electrodes 22a, which are arranged thereon sorrounding the first and fourth apertures 14a and 17a, fourth selecting electrodes 23a, and a second common electrode 24 which is arranged at the back side thereof. The first and second plates 13 and 21 thus prepared are overlaid and adhered by means of an adhesive 25, thus constructing the aperture board. |
