Connection element intended for a conductor consisting of relatively soft metal and making up an electric cable, to enable good electrical and mechanical contact with a busbar consisting of harder metal. The connection element consists of two parts firmly joined together. The one part is formed of a relatively soft metal and the other part is formed of a harder metal. The one part has a cavity designed to secure the conductor when it is introduced into the cavity configured for this and the other part has elements making up a coupling in order to secure the connection element against the busbar. The other part is formed from a flat blank, usually having a width corresponding to the thickness of the one part. The flat blank is folded and thereby forms two pieces. The one piece 5b is fastened to the one part 4 and the second piece 5c is configured with elements designed to interact with the busbar to yield a desired good electrical and mechanical contact with the busbar 3 consisting of harder metal. <IMAGE> |
