PURPOSE:To secure the manufacture of the magnetic card (bank card, ID card, etc.) in the simple process by sticking the overlay containing the magnetic film on the upper surface and the print display applied on the lower surface each to the center core together. CONSTITUTION:Magnetic stripe (magnetic film) 4A and print display 9 are provided on the upper and lower surfaces of overlay 2A (formed by, for example, the transparent hard vinyl chloride sheet of about 100mu). Such overlay is then laminated on both surfaces of center core 1A (such as the hard vinyl chloride sheet of about 500mu to which the titanium white is kneaded evenly) with the lower surface side turned toward core 1A. Then metal plates 10 and 11 are stacked at the both sides the center core to stick the overlay and the center core together by applying the pressure and heat from the directions of arrows P and P' (at 120 deg.C or higher in over 2 minutes in the case of the hard vinyl chloride). After cooling, metal plates 10 and 11 are removed, and the punching is given through the fixed mold. Thus a magnetic card is obtained. |
