PURPOSE:To enable the product having undergone balance correction highly accurately by machining the blank then heat treating to apply bend correction and balance correction then applying post-treatment. CONSTITUTION:Machining consisting of lathing and polishing is applied to the blank of a crank shaft 1. Next, heat treatment and bend correction are subsequently applied to the shaft 1, after which the welding building-up 5 of the amounts corresponding to the unbalance amounts of the shaft 1 is applied to each side face of the right and left of each weight part 4 of the shaft 1. Thence, it is subjected to post treatments of lapping and washing, whereby it is made to the product. |
