TELLURIUM COMPLEX AND HEAT-DEVELOPABLE IMAGING MATERIALS AND PROCESS

An imaging combination comprising (i) a tellurium complex as an oxidizing agent and (ii) a reducing agent provides an improved amplified image. This imaging combination is useful in heat-developable photographic materials containing, for example, photographic silver halide or other sources of developable nuclei. The combination is also useful in thermographic imaging.
