<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a film excellent in transparency, stickiness and breaking strength having a heat resistance enough to withstand the short heating by an electronic range by extrusion molding of two kinds of ethylene in a specified density obtained from the high pressure polymerization. CONSTITUTION:50-95pts.wt. of a polymer mainly composed of an ethylene above 107 deg.C in the heat resistance temperature with a density of 0.930-0.940 obtained from the high pressure polymerization in mixed with 50-5pts.wt. of a polymer mainly composed of an ethylene with a density of 0.900-0.929 obtained from the high pressure polymerization without addition of antioxidant and extrusion molded at a resin temperature of 260-320 deg.C in the extrusion part. The film thus obtained is excellent in the breaking strength, the tear strength, transparency and stickiness as required for the packing film while providing a heat resistance temperature enough to withstand the actual heating by a household electronic range. The safety problems can be solved by eliminating the use of an additive such as antioxidant as previously used.</p> |
