PURPOSE:To make power reduction and automatization possible by measuring the oxidation and deoxidation potential, the conduction degree, or pH of a diluent after diluting acidic hydrigen peroxide solution with water and by obtaining the hydrogen peroxide concentration or the acid concentration of a nondiluent from the measure value above. CONSTITUTION:Acidic hydrogen peroxide solution and diluent water are continuously sent to compounding tank E with quantitative pump P by a prescirbed quantity respectively, and they are mixed by agitator F, and the temperature of them is made constant by temperature control system G. This liquid is sent to measure tank H continuously, and the hydrogen peroxide concentration and the acid density are measured by oxidation and deoxidation potentiometer I and pH meter or conduction degree meter J and are inputted to an indicator or a recorder with a potential or a current. On a basis of these measured values and dilution, the acid concentration and the hydrogen peroxide concentration of a nondiluent are obtained. |
