PURPOSE:To improve measurement precision and stabilize performance by cutting of zinc wires with a pre-adjusted cutter so as to enable supply of normal negative electrodes and directly filling a battery container with them. CONSTITUTION:The zinc wire 5 is cut off and the zinc particles 6 are obtained. The negative electrode 7 is obtained by directly filling them in the battery container 14 under assembly. In this case, the negative electrode 7 is directly filled in the battery container 14 by pulling the long zinc wire 5 with a wire diameter of less than 0.5mm which is wound around the roll 11 and cutting it off in a length of 0.7-1.5 times the wire diameter with the cutter 12. The above cutter 12 is pre-adjusted by an adjusting means (for example, the counter 13) to enable supply of normal negative electrodes with the number of cut-off times, cut-off time, and supply length of zinc wires. |
