An anchoring designed to withstand a traction force which is applied against a cable including an expandable outer shell 10 which is arranged in an opening 68 in a floor 70, an outer wedge 18 which is arranged in the shell 10, and which has wedge-shaped protrusions 22 which engage with the shell's wall and a rotatable inner wedge 28 which is arranged under the outer edge 18 and which is connected to a chain piece 54 which reaches through the shell 10. A cable 74 which is to be tensioned is attached to a chain piece 54. A traction force on the cable 74 presses the inner edge 28 upwards against the outer wedge 18 which in turn is wedged into the interior of the shell 10 in order to forcefully expand the shell's walls radially outwards so that the shell 10 is embedded in the floor 70. The inner wedge 28 can be rotated axially in relation to outer wedge 18 between a first position in which a wedging force is applied against the outer wedge in response to a traction load of the cable and a second position which allows removal of the inner wedge 28 and the chain piece 54 from the outer wedge 18 and the shell 10. <IMAGE> |
