PURPOSE:To prevent the decrease of an electromechanical coupling coefficient of a piezoelectric porcelain material while retaining the stability of resonance resistance by adding simultaneously MnO2 and MgO to the material containing mainly PbO, TiO2, ZrO2, Nb2O3 and CoO. CONSTITUTION:0.1-1.0wt% of MgO and 0.1-1.5wt% of MnO2 are simultaneously added to material containing in composition 47-56% of PbO, 18-25% of TiO2, 12-27% of ZrO2, 0.5-8% of Nb2O3 and 0.5-6.5% of CoO in molar ratio. |
