PURPOSE:To improve rotation balance by extruding winding guides from the outer surface of a tube installed on a shaft via connecting portions which are extruded from the center of the inner surface of the arc portions, and winding raw-coil wire in the gaps between the arc portions of the winding guides and the outer surface of the tube. CONSTITUTION:Winding guides 3 comprising synthetic resin such as nylon and the like are provided around a tube 1 through the center of which a shaft 2 is inserted. Said winding guides 3 are connected to the outer surface of a tube 1, via connecting portions 3b which are extruded from the center of the inner surface of arc portions 3a whose rate of curvature is approximately the same as that of the tube 1. Guide pieces 3c are extruded outward from both ends of the arc portions 3a. Raw wire is successively wound in the gaps between the tube 1 and the arc portions 3a. Since the guide pieces 3c are extruded outward so as to form an arc shape, the winding work is smoothly accomplished. |
