摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell, having fine voids on a generation layer surface in a high density and having a transparent conductive layer thereon, capable of improving a photoelectric conversion efficiency to the maximum by minimizing ununiformity and discontinuity of the transparent conductive layer resulting from voids and efficiently collecting a light generation current.SOLUTION: The solar cell is configured so that voids 2 in conformance with an inverted circular cone or pyramid of an opening angle of 120 degrees or less exist in a power generation layer 3 in a density of 0.01 pc./mm(1×10pc./m) or more and a transparent conductive layer 1 formed thereon is filled with voids 2 and the transparent conductive layer 1 has a continuous structure at a surface of the power generation layer 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
