A vibrating surface mining machine comprises a travelling mechanism (1), a main apparatus chassis (2), a cab (3), and a cutting engine body (8) configured to connect to a cutting roller. The cutting engine body (8) and the main apparatus chassis (2) are movably connected and relatively rotate. The cutting roller (10) is driven by a driving source to rotate. The cutting roller (10) is mounted with cutting teeth (17). The cutting roller (10) is mounted, via a roller bearing (19), on a far end of a roller support (18). A near end of the roller support (18) is connected, via a supporting bearing (30), to the cutting engine body (8). A vibrating box (29) is mounted on the roller support (18). The vibrating box (29) outputs, via the roller support (18), a high-frequency vibration to the cutting roller (10), such that the cutting roller (10) rotates while vibrating repeatedly at a high speed. The mining machine combines a cutting force and an impact force, so as to crush various high-hardness rocks and minerals. Compared to an ordinary surface mining machine, the mining machine in the present invention can mine various high-hardness minerals, and has a remarkably enhanced working efficiency for low- and medium-hardness minerals, thus having a significant superiority. |
