A method for generating a to-do task and a conclusion for a communicating item in an IM communication interface. The method comprises: in a communication process in an IM communication interface, processing conversation content information in time and generating a memo by virtue of any communication content; or generating a to-do task and a conclusion of a communicating item. Steps in the method comprise: 1.1, identifying and extracting a task information factor in conversion information; 1.2, generating the to-do task by virtue of the task information factor; 1.3, the to-do task being integrated and emerging in the communication interface; 1.4, promoting the task by a task executor and directly replying with an execution condition during communication; and 1.5, generating and saving the execution condition and the conclusion of the to-do task to form a to-do task memo. By means of the method, the operations of task release and execution and conclusion confirmation can be completed while an IM function is used, and the problem that a conclusion cannot be directly formed for follow-up execution in communication between an enterprise, a team and an organization is solved in a targeted manner. |
