A combination pressure regulating and flow control valve includes a valve body and cover having an upstream port and a downstream port, and a fluid flow passage interconnecting the ports. An adjustable pressure regulator valve i operatively mounted in the fluid flow passage. A check valve is operatively mounted in parallel with the adjustable pressure regulator valve, and it checks the flow of fluid through the fluid flow passage when fluid is flowing through the fluid flow passage from the upstream port to the downstream port, and force it through the regulator valve. It alows flow of fluid through the check valve when fluid is exhausted into the downstream port and out of the upstream pressure port.
