摘要 <p>An ultrasonic transducer for testing workpieces using the immersion method has a plane concave focussing lens, a piezoelectric plate carrying electrodes on its surface for the application of high frequency electrical oscillations, and an ultrasonic oscillation damping element. The lens concave surface and the piezoelectric plate have a common main plane of symmetry (A). The transducer is placeda an angle to the workpiece surface so that it has uniform sensitivity over the entire length of focus. The piezoelectric plate (2) is trapezoidal and the concave surface (5) of the focussing plane concave lens (1) is conical. The lens concave surface guide line (6) lies on the side of the larger edge of the piezoelectric plate. The cone surface line (7) lying in the common symmetry plane (A) is parallel to the plate (2) main axis of symmetry (c).</p>
