CONSTITUTION:The juice and meat of the head of shrimp are ground to nearly homogeneous liquid, which is condensed by heating under reduced pressure. When the liquid gets a desired viscosity, the heating of the liquid is stopped, and the liquid is cooled to obtain the objective pasty product. |
