PURPOSE:On the surface of lead materials are previously formed a tinalloy layer and a specific primer layer and then a polyolefin material is laminated through an adhesive layer with the lead material with subsequent heating to increase the initial adhesion strength and resistance to water. CONSTITUTION:A tin-alloy layer is formed on the surface of lead materials by dipping it in a tin-alloy bath or through other methods. Then the coated surface is further coated with a corrosive metal or metal oxide such as chromium or its alloy by plasma spray coating. The resulting surface is coated with a primer containing an organic silane having olefinic unsaturated double bonds, such as vinyltrimethoxy silane, and an organic peroxide of the foumula (R2 is 1-18C alkyl. Finally, an adhesive layer containing an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer and/or ethylene- ethyl acrylate compolymer is laid between the lead material coated with the primer and a polyolefin material and pressed under heating to laminate them.
|
