PURPOSE:To eliminate unstable operation of a semiconductor integrated circuit device due to thermal effect by disposing an element simultaneously operating with a first circuit as a heating source at an equal distance with respect to a second circut. CONSTITUTION:Transistors Q11, Q12 operating simultaneously are disposed at equal distance from an input initial stage transistor Q3 in a BTL power IC, and are disposed at equal distance from transistors Q12, Q21. The thermal feedback amount from the BTL circuit has no phase difference form the input initial stage transistor Q3 as a heat receiving element. Thus, the circuit operates normally. |
